Western Cape - Milnerton Fixed Term Contract

Corporate company seeks experienced Recruitment Coordinator for a fixed term contract.


•Ensure candidate application documentation received and processed into relevant applicant tracking system
•Follow and track outstanding candidate documentation
•Scheduling and confirming candidate interviews
•Scheduling and confirming candidate assessments
•Conduct and co-ordinate reference checks, credit checks, criminal checks and qualification verification
•Compile and distribute interview packs
•Manage new starter pack documentation and correspondence, hard copy and electronic folders
•Compile and send all new starter communication
•Compile and send daily visitors schedule to reception
•Complete any adhoc admin and projects requested by recruitment team
•Adhere to all processes, policies and procedures relevant to the Company and HR Department 


•Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent is essential
•Relevant Degree/Diploma is advantageous
•Biometric certification is advantageous
•2 years recruitment administration experience is essential
•Working and proven knowledge of MS Outlook, Ms Word and Ms Excel (advanced level advantageous)
•Excellent knowledge of HR and Recruitment process
