Ashley is a dynamic, service-driven entrepreneur. She established her career in recruitment specialising in the Motor Industry. Ashley excelled in her career and has been awarded various accolades. She was placed 2nd in the APSO Consultant of the Year Competition. Ashley served on the APSO committee for four years and received the Founders Award for Dedication and Service Excellence. After a successful 9 years recruiting for the Motor Industry, she decided to diversify her experience and joined an Employment Equity Specialist. Ashley focused on developing previously disadvantaged communities and encouraging the promotion and empowerment of the disabled. She received an award for Motivation and Achievement and broke the company record as Top Individual Performer in 2000. Ashley has had extensive experience in National and International Recruitment across all industries. Ashley's dream of establishing a Recruitment Agency became a reality and AGA continues to thrive as a preferred supplier to multi-national organisations.
Tracey Govender, Finance and Admin Supervisor commenced employment with AGA Recruitment Specialists in June 2007. She oversees finance & stats as well as ensuring that our Service Providers and Associates are offering a competitive and professional service. Tracey offers 5 years Recruitment & Selection plus 12 years Admin and Finance experience.
